Smelt, which locals call Hooligan, or candle fish, are the first arrivals in the spring to the 49th state.  They arrive by the millions to Cook Inlet's shores and are eaten by humans, bears, eagles, and gulls.

The Hooligan sleeps (2)two Adults, has loads of storage and includes everything listed above. Let's not forget the "Instant Local Status" you are given when visiting Alaska's small communities in an AlaskaVan.
