Cancellations and Rebooking

We understand that plans can change or unexpected emergencies happen. If you need to cancel, a 50% refund will be applied up to 14 days before pick up. No refund within 14 days before pick up. A rebooking fee of $25.00 will be applied for travel within a one year period of your originally booked dates if we are notified more than 14 days before your trip. Later notice will result in a rescheduling fee of 15% (1-6 days notice) or 20% (same day notice) of your original booking amount. No other adjustments will be allowed and additional fees for more nights or increase in seasonal nightly rates will apply. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made.
